Frédérique was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2020. She practices primarily in civil and commercial litigation. She handles a wide variety of cases, including banking law, contract disputes, shareholder disputes, mortgage law, class actions, bankruptcy, latent defects, labor law, estates, and housing law. She advises financial institutions on the leasing of their premises in Quebec. She has been involved in infrastructure financing and corporate restructuring. Several companies use her services for their incorporation and internal organization.
Frédérique appears before judicial and administrative bodies in Quebec and Canada, including the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, the Commission d'accès à l'information, and the Tribunal administratif du logement.
Before joining Renno Vathilakis Inc., Frédérique practiced at a highly regarded boutique law firm where she worked as an attorney from 2020 to 2025. She was appointed vice president in 2024.
Frédérique obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Sherbrooke (LL.B.) in 2019. At the time, she was involved in the Business and Investment Law Committee.
Frédérique is fluent in French and English.
Frédérique has served on the board of directors of Villa Ste-Marcelline. She has been a member of the Young Bar Association of Montreal since 2020.
