Articling Student
Cynthia joined Renno Vathilakis as a summer student in May 2021 and is returning as a national articling student in August 2022.
Cynthia’s intellectual curiosity, problem-solving nature and passion for social justice lead her to complete a Juris Doctor degree at University of Ottawa. She will also be furthering her legal studies at University of Ottawa in the National Program (Civil Law). Her goal is to become a fully licensed lawyer in both Ontario and Québec. Prior to obtaining her law degree, Cynthia completed a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR) Management at York University in Toronto, where she graduated with a Magna Cum Laude distinction for her academic achievements. Upon graduation, Cynthia held multiple positions in Talent Acquisition and ultimately launched her own consulting business to help startups with their HR needs.
Cynthia has a particular interest in commercial litigation and is fluently trilingual in French, English and Arabic.
