Education and experience
David joined Renno Vathilakis as an Associate in September 2016.
David graduated from McGill University’s Integrated B.C.L./LL.B. program, completing one semester at the National University of Singapore. He also holds a B.A. (Hons.) in Sociology with First Class Honours from McGill University.
During his legal studies, David was a Director of the Legal Information Clinic at McGill, Teaching Assistant to Dean Daniel Jutras, Research Assistant to Prof. Shauna Van Praagh, Vice President of the McGill Business Law Association, and a member of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team that competed in Vienna, Austria.
Prior to joining the firm, David completed a summer and his stage with the litigation group of a leading national corporate firm.
David was called to the Quebec and Ontario Bars in 2015 and 2016, respectively. He is a member of the Lord Reading Law Society and the Young Bar of Montreal.
